During the high season months (April-May-June and September-October) my guided tours are usually half-day (3 to 4 hours) or full-day. Please write me for a quotation and let’s plan a made-to-measure experience of Venice!
St Mark’s Square, the Basilica and the Ducal Palace with the adjoining old Prison building and the famous Bridge of Sighs without a doubt represent the essential attractions of the city. For any visitor to Venice, and certainly one visiting for the first time, they are an absolute must. With this guided tour of the classics you will ease into Venice's history through its highlights. For example a classic guided tour of the highlights (half-day) consists of the visit of one or both the monuments and a hidden Venice walking tour ending in the area of Rialto. Every tour can be customized according your interests.
If you want to visit the Ducal Palace and st Mark's Basilica please check my dedicated page with all the info you need to know to purchase the tickets:

TOURS/ITINERARIES AWAY FROM ST MARK'S AREA:
1. DORSODURO DISTRICT AND FRARI. When in Venice do as the Venetians do. We start with a Grand Canal ferry gondola crossing to reach the magnificent viewpoint of Punta della Dogana, we pop in into the overwhelming baroque church of Santa Maria della Salute. We keep walking up to the Squero st Trovaso gondolayard, still active and lively as in a XVIII century painting. We finish the tour with the visit of the church of the Frari, the second most important church of Venice with masterpieces by Donatello, Titian and Bellini. A must to see for art lovers.
